This well-appointed West End 1,000 square foot unit sleeps six individuals with stunning views of the Cape Cod Bay and the National Seashore from a private deck. The unit comes fully furnished and equipped with its own laundry, cable TV, DVD player, local telephone service, fireplace, skylights, cookware, garage and additional off-street parking. This Condo is close to the beaches and is conveniently located near bike paths, shops, restaurants and all the action of Commercial Street!! Pets are not allowed on the premises. Weekend rates begin on Friday afternoons (4 pm) and ending at noon on Sunday. Mid-Week rates begin on Monday mornings at noon and terminate at 10 am on Fridays. Weekly rates begin at 4pm on Fridays and conclude by 10 am the following Friday. New Reduced Rates are available for the 2009 rental season! Weekend and Mid-Week rentals are secured with 100% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Weekly rentals must provide a 50% non-refundable down payment with the signed contract, and the balance is due at least thirty (30) days prior to occupancy.
